Will Doerner joins SUL as Research Affiliate

Will Doerner joins the Sustainable Urbanization Lab and the MIT Center for Real Estate as a Research Affiliate, beginning two new projects on the multi-family sector. His work spans housing, mortgages, and real estate markets, using large datasets to examine asset valuation, household finance, mortgage performance, and risk management, often with a focus on how regulation and macroeconomic shocks play out at national scale.
